• Monthly interest earned on pooled funds

Each registered track contributes to and earns from the pot based on verified usage.

• Every play is logged via the Diamond system
• Usage data is matched to registered tracks
• CSV logs and live panels show who played what, when, and where
• External notifications are sent to PRS, MCPS, and other royalty bodies

🔄 How Payouts Work

• Monthly calculations determine each track’s share of the pot
• Artist splits are applied automatically (based on your admin settings)
• Interest earned is added to the pot before payouts
• Members receive detailed breakdowns via their dashboard

Let’s say the pot for this is £10,000:

• £9,000 from usage
• £1,000 from interest
• Track A was played 10% of the time
• Track A earns £1,000
• Artist splits: 70% to producer, 30% to vocalist
• Final payouts: £700 and £300 respectively
