💎 Diamond Royalties Plan Agreement

This agreement is made between Diamond Royalties and the Plan Member (hereafter referred to as “You”). By entering into this plan, you agree to the following terms:

1. 📄 Plan Overview

Plan Fee: £10.00
Term: 25 years or until the plan reaches its maximum earnings payout capacity.
Maximum Payout: £30.00
Withdrawal Cap: £7.50 per year per asset for the first 3 years or when asset reaches £15.00
Early Withdrawal Option: Full amount may be withdrawn once the pot reaches £30.00

2. 💰 Royalty Distribution

If your asset contains published works by other creators, Diamond Royalties is legally required to reimburse the original rights holder.

A 2.5% deduction will be applied to your payout to cover this:

Example: £30.00 – 2.5% = £29.25 paid to you, £0.75 paid to the original rights holder

This deduction applies to all payouts under this plan.

3. 👥 Split Payouts

If multiple contributors are listed, payouts will be split equally among all named parties.

4. 📻 Playlist & Broadcast Terms

Your asset will be added to the relevant playlist on the 1st of the month, based on your submitted metadata.
Additional playlist placements will occur at 6-month intervals.
Station owners may select your asset at anytime from the Music pool based on:
- Time of recording
- Genre
- Listener interaction metrics
You will be notified after each broadcast via your user dashboard.

5. ⚠️ Plan Conditions

Plans cannot be altered once entered into the system.
The plan fee is non-refundable and continues to fund the Royalties Pot.
Your plan ends when:
- You reach the £30.00 cap
- The term expires
- You cancel the plan

6. ❌ Cancellation Terms

You may cancel your plan at any time.

Any outstanding payments will be sent to your bank account on the 2nd of the following month.

7. 📊 Earnings & Dashboard

All earnings, broadcasts, and payout history will be visible in your user dashboard.

8. 📌 Additional Terms

Diamond Royalties reserves the right to cancel any plan if we detect the use of:

Statistics-enhancing plugins
Spoofing tools
Fake user generators
Any software or hardware used to falsify play counts or listener data

Additionally:

If your asset is wrongly identified in the Explicit Lyrics Declaration, your plan will be automatically cancelled.
Once a plan is active, no changes can be made to asset details, metadata, or declarations.
We reserve the right to freeze your account and suspend payments if a complaint is received, pending the outcome of a formal investigation.

These measures ensure fairness, transparency, and compliance with UK, EU, and US anti-fraud regulations.
